Start by boiling your filtered water first. You may want to boil more water than you’d use for your tea, because you can use the extra boiling water to first warm up the tea pot. Discard the boiling water you use to warm up the tea pot, and now your teapot won’t cool down as quickly.
Put a teaspoon of your Rosehip Tea into the teapot, and then pour in the hot water. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes. The tea won’t get bitter even if you steep for a longer time.
